Leanette Henagan DBH, LCSW, LISAC
Dr. Leanette Henagan earned her bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Management at Michigan State University and her Masters of Social Work and Doctorate of Integrated Healthcare and Behavioral Health at Arizona State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor with over 18 years of experience as a human service and behavioral health clinician in the specialties of counseling, chronic disease management, crisis intervention, recovery and addiction. She is a national speaker on the topics of behavioral health, pregnancy and addiction, and integrated healthcare and she has a comprehensive understanding of current health care delivery practices and solution focused methods for patient care.
Crystal Nelson
Crystal is an Arizona native, a mother to one son, and a proud grandmother to a beautiful little boy. She has over 20 years of experience as a nurse and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. Her educational background includes a degree in Behavioral Health and a Master’s degree in Social Work, through which she became a Licensed Master Social Worker.
Crystal previously served as Director of Case Management at a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. As an ordained pastor, she recognized the challenges some individuals face in seeking mental health care due to faith-related concerns, inspiring her to help bridge the gap between mental health treatment and faith-based communities. She brings patience, compassion, and strong clinical knowledge to her work and looks forward to continuing to grow with this organization.
Alica “Allie” McCalup, PMHNP-BC
You can call me Allie! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an AZ transplant that was once a travel nurse whose nursing career began 13+ years ago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing in Atlanta, GA. I went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University to become a PMHNP. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family watching movies and going on walks.
In addition to travel nursing, my career consists of delivering care in surgical cardiology, progressive care, neurology, palliative and hospice/end-of-life, and inpatient psychiatry settings as well as providing triage services and health education.
With my passion for mental health and eduction, I treat clients of all ages. I strive to collaborate with each client and family/caregiver to conquer a shared goal to improve your quality of life.
